How to find /identify a good kitchen cabinet supplier ?
First of all: you can go to the supplier’s showroom to see their cabinet samples, see their styles, and handle the details of the samples.
Second: To understand their factory, you can ask to see the pictures of their factory. Then you should pay attention to whether the factory is clean and tidy? Is there a perfect production system? Now each plate is affixed with a QR code,Based on this QR code, the system knows the size of the plate to be cut and which part of the cabinet it belongs to. Then understand their packaging. Without good packaging, well-made cabinets will also have quality problems,what’s more, when you get the goods, you don’t even know which part of the cabinet the box belongs to? These issues must be understood before paying the deposit.
Third； to understand the experience of supplier designers, you must talk to experienced people about your design and dimensional details, because many times, it is not the factory production staff that makes a mistake, but when the designer passes it to the factory, it is already it’s wrong.
